Our Tortilla Chips are made from our open-pollinated, non-GMO Hickory King yellow dent corn, grown with horse-drawn power, hand-harvested, and produced from seed we have saved for more than 30 years.
After harvest and milling, the corn is transformed into traditional tortilla chips by Jesse’s Tortilla Factory in Waco using time-tested methods and careful craftsmanship. This local partnership brings together quality farming and skilled food production to create a truly exceptional snack.
